⏱️ Processing time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days only). This includes order verification and quality checks. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.

📦 Shipping time

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your region, but every shipment is tracked start to finish.

📬 Shipping confirmation & tracking

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Track your delivery in real time, from dispatch to arrival.

🌍 International shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide. If you’re located outside the UK, please allow a few additional days for customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

🚨 Delays or missing orders

Delays can happen due to carriers, weather, or customs. If it’s been more than 12 business days since your shipping confirmation, email us at support@shopsnaplock.com and we’ll look into it for you.
