30-day return window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may be unable to approve a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused condition
Unworn or unused with no visible wear.
Original packaging
Returned in the original packaging (and tags if included).
Proof of purchase
Order confirmation email or receipt.
Important: Items returned used, missing parts, or without packaging may be refused or may qualify for a partial refund depending on the condition received.

How to start a return

Email support@shopsnaplock.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If approved, we’ll reply with return instructions.

Please don’t send items back without approval. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damages, defects, or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@shopsnaplock.com.

For the fastest resolution, include a photo or short video showing the issue and the packaging.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Gift cards
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Final sale items
Items marked as final sale, where stated.
Used or altered items
Items showing wear or misuse, or missing parts or packaging.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get a different colour or size is to request a return, if eligible, and then place a new order once your return is approved.

EU customers – 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery, subject to local consumer protection rules.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
