These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopsnaplock.com and purchases made from SnapLock Bands ("SnapLock," "we," "us," or "our"), a registered business operating in Oregon, United States.

3. Products and product information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, pricing, compatibility, colors, features, and availability. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or normal production variation.

We may correct errors or update product information when necessary. If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and resolve the issue.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery timing.

8. International orders

SnapLock ships to select international destinations where shipping is available at checkout.

International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any applicable charges are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Returns and refunds

SnapLock offers a 30-day return period, subject to the eligibility requirements and instructions described in our Return & Refund Policy .

10. One-year product guarantee

Products sold by SnapLock Bands are covered by a one-year limited product guarantee against manufacturing defects or functional failure during normal use, beginning on the date of delivery.

The guarantee is separate from the 30-day return period and does not cover ordinary cosmetic wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by use inconsistent with the product's intended purpose. Apple Watch and other third-party names and trademarks referenced on our website belong to their respective owners. SnapLock Bands is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

14. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapLock Bands will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that apply under the laws of your place of residence where those rights cannot legally be waived.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
